Walking alongside you, offering compassion, understanding, and practical strategies

Adult, Couples, Children and Young people counselling

At the heart of my practice is a belief in the healing power of a supportive, non-judgmental relationship.

As an integrative counsellor, I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all way of working. Everyone’s experiences are unique, so I bring together different counselling approaches and tailor them to suit you. This means we can find what feels most comfortable and helpful for your situation, whether that’s exploring thoughts and feelings, learning practical tools, or finding new perspectives.

My Philosophy

As an integrative counsellor, I draw on a range of therapeutic approaches, including CBT, trauma-informed practices, and creative methods, to meet the unique needs of each client. This flexibility means we can work together in a way that feels right for you, at your pace.

My counselling philosophy is rooted in compassion, safety, and collaboration. I believe that everyone has the capacity for growth and change when given the right support. My role is to walk alongside you, providing a non-judgmental space where you can explore your feelings, develop new perspectives, and discover tools that empower you in everyday life.
